1. This competition is open to any Eastern Group.
2. The competition is held in two stages, prelims and finals.
3. Each group has to submit a list of at least 6 songs before the draw of lots.
4. In prelims, a group will be required to perform at least 2 numbers of their choice and one number of the
judges’ choice within 20 minutes. (Amps On to amps Off)
5. In the finals each group will have to play 3+1 numbers within a time limit of 30 minutes (amps On to amps Off).
6. Marks will be deducted for exceeding the time limit.
7. Equipments provided will be:
One bass amplifier speaker
One lead amplifier speaker
Adequate microphones
10,000 watts P.A. system
8. Only keyboard part of synthesizer is allowed. (Rhythm part is not allowed.)
9. Groups will have to bring their own instruments and special effects. However programmed music is not allowed.
10. We will not be held responsible for the failure of any instrument.
11. Tuning facility will be provided backstage.
12. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
